Ranchi. Jharkhand government is giving a golden opportunity to the people to earn lakhs of rupees every month. Hemant Soren’s government has started trying to give impetus to the ‘One District-One Product’ campaign in the state under self-reliant India. Under this self-employment campaign, necessary steps will be taken to set up food processing units as per the guidelines of the Government of India. Along with this, help will also be provided to self-help groups as per rules. According to the information, a target has been set to set up 5465 such units in Jharkhand. The Self Help Group will have to invest only 10 percent of the total cost for such units. The rest of the amount will be received through bank loan. Under this campaign, only Rs 3 lakh will have to be invested to open a company up to Rs 30 lakh.
From raw material to machine and running cost, the government is ready to help. The special feature of this campaign is that the government will also give a subsidy of Rs 10 lakh on the successful operation of the unit. This proposal was approved in the last meeting of the Jharkhand cabinet. According to ‘Dainik Jagran’, Industry Director Jitendra Kumar Singh told that the department is preparing to take this scheme seriously on the ground.
