Old check book will be closed from October 1
PNB has said in a tweet that from October 1, the old check books of e-OBC and e-UNI will not work. Customers have been told that those who have old check books of OBC and UNI banks, they should get them replaced with new check books soon, otherwise the old check books will become useless from October 1. The new checkbook will come with the updated IFSC code and MICR of PNB.

For new cheque, the customer has to visit the branch of the bank. Apart from this, the customers of the bank can also apply for the check online. You can apply for checkbook through internet banking or mobile banking.
